find person using mobile number

just wondering does anyone know if it is possible to find someone address using their mobile phone number and if i know their first name only and their home twn.. they live in england

unfortunatly it is not possible for any mobile phone network providers to give out any information due to the 1987 data protection act.

Not really...since mobile phones are not tied to any one address like a regular phone line, the only way that you could get this information is if you were able to get the mobile company to give it to you.

Also most mobile's these days are pay-as-you-go which don't require any 'credible' information.
