This is one of the best and quickest item that can be prepared in just 5 minutes. It will be great in taste. I could experience and recollect the taste of this dish during my recent visit to Nellore in Andhra Pradesh, India. This is the famous dish in Nellore District. There will be no Hotel which does not prepare this dish for lunch and dinner. I really appreciate this dish for its taste and the easy way in which it can be prepared. It can be had conveniently as a side dish for Pan Cakes, rotis, and in rice also. Sometimes, it serves the purpose of a good soup if prepared adding more water. PREPARATION Take two cups of Buttermilk .Add some turmeric powder to it. Also, add some flour (Senaga pindi)and keep the entire thing aside. Take a cup of grated coconut, 5 green chillis, 1/2 inch Ginger, and 2 spoons mustard seeds in a mixer and grind it to paste. Add this to the Buttermilk kept separately. Take two spoons of oil in a deep vessel. Add 5 curry leaves and 10 mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds are spluttering transfer the Buttermilk mixture into the vessel and boil the entire thing for 5 minutes. That's all. Your great soup is ready. You need not garnish it. It will have a great smell and look also.
