U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he will be forming a new government department, the Ministry of Truth.
The Ministry of Truth is going to be used to help people understand Trump's "alternate facts" through the introduction of a new language, called "Newspeak." This new language will be used to disseminate Trump's alternate facts, and it is believed that it will provide a counterpoint to the lies promulgated in the traditional media.
President Trump wants the populace to understand the facts as he sees them.

TRUTH, of course, is an acronym standing for Trump's Realization of Unsupported Things Historical. Naturally, [sniff] full disclosure of all details [large gesture with small hands] surrounding the creation of this department, its remit [sniff] and anything else to do with it will be prevented and contrained [sniff] by the need to protect personal privacy and in the interests of National Security.
