Workaholic words itself how a man engage himself excessively to his professional work or personal work I would say. Some people can really do office work even after office hours. As for me my body physically mentally allows me only 8- 10 hours only. if I sits beyond the 10 hours, my concentration power always faded away.
I always wonder seeing those workaholic that whether they are really committed to their project target work and trying to achieve the goal or just sitting around in front of computer with some other personal work because I believe human being need social life also. if a person do work for beyond 12 hours what about their health ? what about their diet ? So many concern are coming up when I think about being workaholic
It is also striking me that why should we work and why we should be workaholic when you can achieve the same work within stipulated time. Why do we need to dig ourselves into work pressure. Are we forgetting which and who is priority before work also ? After being Workaholic and completing the task , are you and am i getting recognition. Is there any rewards for me ?
In contrast to our professional life, Why don't we say our mother (homemakers) is workaholic. Is our mother does not give up her own time to us and spend her whole life by taking care of us and whole family.... In my opinion I WOULD SAY THEY DO OVER WORK AND situation makes them workaholic too
This are my just view, share your thoughts !!

I cannot work continuously for hours. I always need short breaks in between
