Reckon that three whole eggs a week never hurt anyone and if you eat plenty of dark leafy greens apart you just cannot go wrong.
A bit of everything is what we all need.

Egg yellow is good too, it has almost as much protein as egg white, plus many of water soluble vitamins along with amino acid, and good cholestrol. Only thing that let's it down is it's higher fat percentage. But fat is not so unhealthy if you take in moderation. I always prefer whole eggs over egg whites, though i don't eat more than 2 in a day.
If you are going to eat many, you can combine whole and whites :)

I like the yoke as well but since my purpose is to build muscle, I have to eat the white part only.

Shayna is so right. The egg has everything you need it has to have. So don´t worry and build those muscles with a Trainer instead besides eating the eggs.

The yolk of the egg is vital for building and repairing the Body too so as long as you don´t eat too many eggs a week you would be okay eating them whole mainly boiled though.
Free Range Hens give the best eggs though if you can get them. I wish I could.
Whites on their own are not so good for others for some reason. Sorry if I confuse you but I reckon the egg together is the best bet yolk and white.

Yes it's true. People who are into bodybuilding only eat the egg whites because it contains protein while they avoid the yolk because it contains fat.
