It's time to be healthy: Glasses of water.

Have you ever wondered how many glasses of water you take daily?
The benefits of taking too much water daily are already more than scientifically proven, but... Do you really drink a lot of water during the day? And if you take it, do it daily or just drink water when you feel thirsty (which is precisely when the body sends the warning that it needs water)?
I can say that my frequency to take water is well fixed, between 6 to 8 glasses per day.

I used to drink more than one gallon of water a day then I quit smoking back in October. I'm not as thirsty anymore and have to remind myself to drink water. I still try to drink at least 6 glasses a day but I don't drink anywhere near what I used to.

I drink a lot of water. I drink around 96 ounces a day, sometimes less, sometimes more. I know know that because the bottle I have is 32 ounces and I normally fill it up 3 times haha
