My instincts were right about getting her a New Phone

After the lost of her phone, I was surprised she was going to the Social Security Office. Though she claimed she's with some one, I wasn't comfortable about it.
So, I went back to the Mall and bought the cheapest price mobile phone I could find.
When I bought one, the staff tried about three phones before he could give the one that works! 
I also bought two sims at the same time.
When I got back and gave it to her, she had a hard time navigating it because the phone is a lot smaller. But I'm confident she will get used to it.
Later I found out her friend wasn't available and went on her own

@Letranknight2015 exactly, is that phone in your discussion picture the phone you bought for your mother? where number 2 has the letters ABC with it? so, it is not the keyboard with the QWERTY.
