Hmmmm.... I slept at 8 in the morning that is Indian Standard time and got up at 10....Only 2 hours of sleep...:(

I got up at 6:00 because I couldnt sleep. Then around 8:00 I laid down on the couch until about 9:30. Then I got up & took a shower. Of course i went to bed at 5:00 this morning so i only slept for 2 & a half hours. I cant sleep much.

I am not a long sleeper..I sleep a lot longer than i used to (standard for me for yrs was 2 or 3 hours a night) I'm usually falling asleep at around 10:30pm and I'm awake fully for the day usually around 4 - 4:30am but I wake up during the night on a nightly basis..sucks really...it'd be nice to know what a solid nights sleep is like :(

i get about 5-7 hrs a night so i have some idea of how you feel but even i get to the point when i have a big crash and sleep for 10-12 hours,hope that you get a good night tonite xxxx;)
