After we had our lunch a while ago, I asked my mother if she wants me to cook the rotini pasta that my aunt gave us. My mother agreed, so I prepared the ingredients.
I boiled the pasta and cooked the sauce while she took a nap.
After I had cooked at around 2 in the afternoon, I covered and left it on the table and I continued working online.
After a few minutes, she woke up and she was calling me to go downstairs. I thought we will eat it at past 3 or 4 but she said she asked my father if he wants to eat now, and he said yes, so we had our early snack. Hmmmm
I am so full even until now. I will just eat a little rice tonight.

@brokenbee Oh it's just like cooking a spaghetti, except that it's with ham and chicken slices and alfredo sauce.
I wonder if alfredo sauce is red sauce too?

actually the ingredients were just given to us. Hmmm It's just up to us to cook it.
I also like hamburgers but I can't eat it often because we're far from fastfood chains.

If I eat something like that, I won't eat rice anymore. I love to eat it with toasted garlic bread.

@brokenbee I think that is what makes me different from most Filipinos, I can understsnd your point because we were taught that nothing is complete without rice, my Grandmother was like that even when I was full already.
I can survive on burgers, pizza, noodles etc..even just fruits like bananas and rice of course. My classmates in college especially from the rural provinces thought my eating behaviour is rather odd.

@louievill hihihi well, it's our own choice, right? For me, there's nothing like rice and viand. I will be lonely and weak if I haven't eaten rice for one day. LOL

Looks yummy. I also love cooking. But my parents can eat alot or everything they want due to their condition. So need to be selective to what i will cook for them but most of th e time they only eat bland tasting food. Sigh

Oh no, my parents too. They need low sodium diet so as much as possible, we also refrain from eating foods high in sodium and purine too.
