Losing weight

I've lost 53 pounds since I've been on hospice. I watch My 600 Pound life and that keeps me working hard at losing weight. I count calories and don't snack between meals. From 2001 I went from 412 pounds to today's weight of 285.
I know that's a big number but 20 pounds will being me down to 265 just 5 pounds away from where I was before I started gaining.

@OreoBrownie Well then that is wonderful you have lost the weight to better your health. That had to be very hard! I am so sorry to hear you have 3 terminal diseases :-(

I'm trying to lose weight. I'm on hospice because I have 3 terminal diseases. My oxygen level stays low due to congestive heart failure, Cor Pulmonale and respiratory problems which puts me into failure at times.

@toaqua I'm on steroids so I stay hungry but I'm eating healthy and losing.

@OreoBrownie Oh no, don't. It's quite frustrating too. Anyways, my weight problem is mostly due to lack of appetite.

@PatZAnthony it's done. Honey Boo Boo'Sent mom has a show now where she lost weight with a bypass.

I've gained a little now but it's because of swelling. I have cellulitis of my right led and ankle.
