I wake up tired, didn't get a lot of sleep due to Insomnia and pain I took a hot shower to have the warmth hit those acking area's then the hot water ran out! I am sitting in the chair typing, but the cold air coming in the broken windows is not helping, now I am in pain again. and I am drained from just taking a shower. I cannot always hear, so they turn the TV up, even tho I said don't because it gives me a headache which progresses to a migraine A lot of people just do not understand the chronic pain and my other symptoms! Oh well!

Some think essential oils, such as lavender, placed on the wrist helps them when they have a migraine. Read some use an ice pack on the back of the neck, even though they might not have pain there, to help eliminate the migraine.

Yes essential oils to help a lot with some pain But I can rarely use them while I am having to stay here at my mom and uncles, they do not like scents except for whatever perfume she likes and picks.

If I ate correctly and took a Magnesium supplement at the same time (daily) I would not get migraines. But living here there is not enough room for me to keep all the proper foods that I need or get to the stores to buy them. So the magnesium started giving me stomach issues.

@dfollin I take magnesium and a sleeping vitamin that has gaba and melatonin in it and it helps me sleep.

I had fibro for about 15 years. What a joy it is. It is a pain in the butt.

i'd get some window plastic for those windows-better than having the cold air hit you

I suggested that and was told that the property managment said they could not have it.
