"Sunday morning up with the lark"

I was humming this song "Beautiful Sunday" yesterday when I spotted this bird near the outlet of a pipe that drains out water from the wash stone, to the coconut tree. This is no lark but a bird that we see often in our garden. It is supposed to indicate the presence of reptiles around and so I do not much look forward to seeing it. I have a beautiful birdbath but this bird was trying to drink that dirty water. Enough is not enough when learning about birds. The picture is not quite clear as I had clicked it early in the morning, humming the song "Beautiful Sunday" Would you know the name of this bird?
