Another executive order is ready to be released. But, this time it is for India. Every year the u.S was issuing 86,000 H1-B visas. These were mainly used by Technology Companies. About 86 percent of Visas were given to India last year. H1-B visas are issued to professionals, L1 visas are issued to the employees of a company who are transferred to U.S. These two are used extensively by the Indians. Now, Mr. Trump as a part of VISA reform program likely to issue an order to the Labor Department to investigate into VISA abuses that cut the wages of American labor. Along with this Mr. Trump may act on the spousal and other type of visas. During 2015 Mr. Obama's Administration permitted the spouses of H1-B Visa holders to get permission to work.
