Filed a PayPal dispute

So I haven't heard from the iPhone seller since 24 hours now. I felt off a little but I still feel this is not a scam in a way because the seller did send me legit pictures of the ones I needed and hand her hands in the picture to do so. Well, I am suppose to receive this iPhone tomorrow by UPS so I messaged her and told her I had to file a PayPal dispute because I have not heard from her in a day and she was going to send me a tracking number but still hasn't and the only way it will be cancelled is if I receive the phone tomorrow or I get a tracking number for UPS. So we will see. Paypal knows what is going on but put the dispute as an "unauthorized transaction" to see if seller will respond. I am hoping for a good outcome on this and get the phone tomorrow. $150 is a lot of money I could have put on another phone so we will see how this all plays out. I am pretty good and picking out scams. (picture is one of the pictures I asked for she sent me.) Wish me luck!
I only did this to protect myself and because of the non-communication from seller.

Not communicating with you within 24 hours is one indication. If you sent her money by Invoice, you wouldn't be concerned. Only if its Friends & Family where PayPal won't help you dispute.
Yes, of course she'll send you photos of your request! But the thing is, if she will send the phone. And, I don't know how far she lives from you, do you??
Because UPS shipping takes some time.... unless she was willing to pay for expedited shipment!

she said 2 days. so tomorrow I should have it. she even just told paypal it was sent but she has no tracking. i am just staying positive about it. so we will see.

@carebear29 She should have a tracking number if it was already sent something don't sound right. Is there anyway you can call ups and get a tracking number or informayion on it?

@carebear29 Wait... so when you file a claim, she responded. But before that she never said a word. thats strange? Hopefully you get it soon.

@yukimori If thats the case, I would not buy that. Then again, anything requiring me to PayPal I wouldn't.

I hope it ends well for you. Not hearing from her isn't good. You have to protect yourself, you just never know with some people.

@carebear29 I mean, if you're going to buy a second hand iphone then just check the phone nicely before u but it..
