@renicemae yes food has to be a certain temputure before you can sell it to the public, ask on of your local cafe or resturants what the food laws are for serving food and what kind of food libality insurance you might need in case some one get sick from food posion.

I have looked into setting up a food cart, and it was quite expensive from my estimations. You would need to find a cart, then convert cart with ovens, and cooking facilities. Then you would need council permission to park somewhere, and to sell your product. But if you were saving, and had a lump sum.

for me I am just doing all beef hot dogs my cart I bought it use but the company that made it is call all American hot dog carts they are in florida and here other good company call dreammaker hot dog carts they are in Clearwater fl.No oven needed. What I just need to get my health permit is a commissary which can be a restruant or a church as long as they have 3 bay sink a dish washer is a plus and a current health permit. I use my tax return and stock from Walmart to buy my food cart total cost $1500.us plus $60.00 for a new burner. My cart now is like new.my friend who own kind of a motel that now small apartment on a busy highway premmison to set up on his property yes I do need town permission if they so then the other town all I need to do is park by the parking meters and sell my dogs. yes parking meters will get fed to with money not hot dogs.
