Trump the sole administrator/dictator?

It's not a bad thing seeking to obtain the best for one's country, however, the way Trump is going towards achieving this has left much to be desired. It's unacceptable that a leader should be the sole booming voice in deliberations. Trump has made it clear to support staff that if they should ever disagree with his rulings, they will most likely be fired. Why employ someone in a position where their expertise is recognized and not give them the opportunity to express their findings according to their capabilities? The manner in which he has dismissed the Mexican president and the Austrailian prime minister is questioning his understanding of diplomacy. It's understood that in a democracy there should be an opportunity for dialogue and consensus, however, the gospel according to Trump seems not to allow for the actions to be undertaken; he alone should decide what is acceptable. It's early day yet, we have to wait to see if there will be a smoothing over of the way he operates; if there is a moving away from the dictator-like stance.

Should Trump ever visit European countries, millions of people will be in the streets.
