DO NOT RECYCLE THESE:
1. PLASTIC BAGS AND FILM
2. YARD WASTE organic sticks, grass, dirt, rocks, leaves, etc.
3. CLOTHING
4. STYROFOAM & PLASTIC UTENSILS
5. FOOD WASTE all those leftovers you should put in a compost heap.
6. WIRES AND CABLES
RECYCLE THESE ITEMS:
1. PAPER newspaper, paper bags, magazines, notebooks, etc.
2. PLASTIC milk jugs, water bottles, medicine bottles, etc.
3. METAL clean soda cans, empty grocery canned good cans, cat food cans, etc.
4. CARTONS milk, juice, etc.
5. CARDBOARD boxes, cereal, banker's boxes, poster board, etc.
6. GLASS empty and clean wine or cola or beer bottles, mason jars, etc.

@lookatdesktop It had to do with saving money for the city. I thought it was and is still wrong..

@LeaPea2417 Recycling goes a long long way. Old days I was able to get cash money from coke bottles, returned to the store valued at 3 cents per bottle.

We have been using the big blue tote for over 11 years. And it makes me feel good about recycling. It has become second nature with me and my lovely wife. We are team green here at the house.
