Neighbors peeking on the Tree

Usually when I hear strange noise on the roof, it's either the Branch or Cats. Branch would swing and hit the roof or Cats passing through or Chasing each other. And since it's growing time, Mangoes that we couldn't reach started to fall due to strong winds, some dropped over the roof. But recently, I notice a lot more noise at the back. First time, I noticed some one was peaking at the terrace roof side. Today, I went up and saw a lady walking on their side of the roof. Probably picking up our mangoes and more. They could have asked permission though. I'm just not fond about strangers walking on the roof. Because you never know if it's a Burglar that could be already sneaking inside. But it's our fault too, the people who were supposed to cut the branch last year wasn't available. And the one we paid in installment didn't do his job! Now that other branch extended to our neighbor's roof. Some of the mangoes went down on their roofs as well causing their attention. What do you think I should do? I don't wanna look selfish though. But I have to think about security.
