What? The Superbowl? Well, yes. Made me think of football. Thinking of football, made me wonder why Austin (Texas) looks more to the Dallas teams than the Houston teams. Both with football and baseball. Both cities have pro teams, although Houston did lose the Oilers there and didn't have a pro football team for a while. However, we are going to go back to the Oiler's days for this story. I grew up in Austin. Like I said, for whatever reason, most Austinites go with the Dallas teams. Now, for a long time there wasn't really any reason to support the Houston teams, they were so bad, but... So, we went to New Braunfels to met my brother's fiance's family's river house, who were from Houston. I guess the Cowboys had just played the Oilers. Steve, her dad, was joking around about the Oilers beating the Cowboys. My brother wasn't acting extremely happy about them beating the Cowboys. Steve turned to Dad and asked him. "Actually," Dad said, "I won five bucks on the Oilers."

It was a close Super Bowl and it took overtime for the patriots to win.

close games are better than runaway victories, I guess...
