cranberry juice, scrambled eggs,ham, hash
browns a good breakfast. tumy upset going down]for
nap, have an a ppt at one pm so have to be ouit in front by noon. I need to get my tummy settled.

I feel fine now for lunch then get to tjorthoitic place to g et tjhe c ast of my right foot made so I ca n soon get new shoes.
