To increase testosterone, which functions to prevent risks of diabetes, hypertension, and obesity, in the body, you can do the push up regularly. Is it right?

My purpose of preferring push-up is that I can do it easily. No special space or training clothes is required.

It seems any activity would help us avoid diabetes, hypertension and obesity. Maybe pushups are just part of many things that can be done.
