Seeing as I was on a roll with my review of the "Westing Game" I thought I would share my delight at the fact that I recently discovered the fact that there is a movie based off of the "Westing Game" book.  While my knowledge of it is new - the movie itself isn't, made in 1997.  I enjoy the fact that they specified that the movie is based off of the book - because they do take some liberties with it, including erasing one of the characters and making one of the key characters less likable.  It is a little bit dated, and some of the characters seem to be over acting.  Also the main character "Turtle" appears younger than I perceived her from the book.   That said it does bring to life the characters and settings nicely.  If you like the book, be sure to check out the movie as well. I married an athlete, although he didn't wrestle he did teach it at one time. I can't force myself to watch sports movies, probably because my whole adult life has lived around sports. But - if I get a chance to see this one I will take it...

It's sort of hard to find - but - good news! actually not about sports (other than a baseball themed restaurant in it) - It's Westing like a last name. I would love to see a real wrestling match sometime - but on TV it doesn't thrill me

Oh no -- The title looks close to Wrestling but it's actually "westing" - like a last name. Not much to do with sports in there, other than a baseball themed restaurant

It was enjoyable - I think I liked it better because I've known and loved the book for so long.
