I got busy again with replanting vegetables

Lettuce, mustard greens
Philippines
February 8, 2017 3:34am CST
I forgot to post another picture before about planting Lettuce for the first time. Well, they died. And I have also replanted Mustard Greens from time to time but they also have died. So this morning I was able buy both mustard greens and lettuce that has roots on it. I think that was missing the last time which is why I couldn't get them to grow, besides the fact some gets killed by pest. I just got done replanting them today and hopes that some of them gets to grow within this year. I posted this in facebook too and got a few comments on it. I've also gotten some advice from a former mylotter on how to water them properly too. I hope you got advises for me too. The only plant that survived in the ground soil so far was the Okra..

@Letranknight2015 You have to be gentle with those plants and not force down water on them.

Hello @allknowing Proper drainage? Well, I just hose it with water but I set it to shower so it won't bend down. Yeah, I hope i make this work.

I used to grow that variety of lettuce and the red leaf during Bubblews days. I also put them in pots and they grew well. What we had were seeds and I was able to harvest about three times from that batch. What pests killed your plants before? Worms?

@Letranknight2015 You have to check your plants early in the morning to see if there are worms. They usually eat the leaves in the morning. =)

The lettuce plants look so fresh; hope all of your plants will grow well. Just do not water them so often; succulent vegetables need less water to prevent them from decaying.

Okay, another mylotter here thinks I should just water them twice a week @acelawrites and others think it should be twice a day. I don't know about this one anymore.

I would have jump for joy for a second there when I thought you told me that what I have is kale. Because kale has even more vitamins than lettuce. But I don't know what kind of veggies you have, lettuce and kale seemed to be similar @ilocosboy
