Saw this photo in social media and it really broke my heart. I thought these things only happen in developing countries like mine. So sad.

Most of the time these incidents are caused by the person who refuses to follow instructions @kwenge . If they did what they were told, this wouldn't happen.

Yes dear. And I wonder why people refuse to take instructions from those in authority. not long time ago we use to fear police and would even pee on myself if i saw one approaching me.

@kwenge It's just a change in mentality. People are trying to revert back to the days of Martin Luther King Jr. And I think even he would be upset by people's behavior and tell them to stop it.
