Yoga benefits

I have started doing yoga and I can really find change in my digestion process. Also, with the stress from work it definitely a huge stress buster! How has yoga helped you?:)

I do yoga everyday.A few years back I was a weak teenager.Now I'm a healthy,strong youngman.The credit goes to yoga.I do ' prannayams' ( breathing exercises) as well.

I've got huge respect for Yoga. It really means so much to me. It helped me to keep my body very flexible enough and to maintain my weight. It also increased my appetite. And as you said, meditation has also helped me to be in good state and reduce my anger ..

I do it regularly and it has made may body flexible and reduced my acidity .........
