Egad the sequel. The Seattle Seahawks have signed former Minnesota Vikings place kicker Blair Walsh to a contract on Thursday. Many Seahawks fans are yelling "egad" since Walsh when he was a member of the Vikings missed a potential 27 yard field goal attempt in the 2015 National Football Conference Wild Card Playoff Game in which the Seahawks won. The reason the Seahawks signed Walsh is that their current place kicker Steven Hauschka is currently a free agent and he probably will not return as the place kicker of the Seahawks in 2017. I can just see Seahawks fans saying "Why Blair Walsh?" Answer from the management of the Seahawks management would be "Who would you pick up from the free agent market?" One Seahawks fan said on his Twitter account "At least as far we know Blair Walsh has already won a game for the Seahawks...shaking my head." I feel your pain Seahawks fans. Yeah right.

Perhaps Walsh can redeem himself in Seattle.
