Friends Day ( For Girls )

Here in the Azores four weeks before Carnaval we have every Thursday a celabration. The First one is Friends Day for Boys, The next one is Friends Day for girls, the next two weeks on Thursday will be for "Compadres and Comadres). To explain this the first is for men and the second is for woman and it is the relationship between mothers and their childrens godmothers and vice versa.
Anyways, yesterday was our friends day. All for girls. The one time of the year that 7 of us (whom at least i hardly speak to all year long) get together and have fun and say what is going on with our lives. That one day makes up for the whole year.
We found out that the youngest of us (20 years old) is pregnant. Everyone is so happy.
We are all between 25-28 years old and this is a life some people desire.

That's cool! I don't know if we will still have that friends day they already have families and busy with their lives and have other responsibility. Though they still go out but not with each others but to their other friends.
