Tactics Used to Create Race Wars

Why would "leaders" want to create race wars? Perhaps to place attention away from the major problems they're facing. To find some relief. The leaders who are under attack will want to remove some of the pressure. The tactics they'll use are used to generate an uproar. To cause confusion between races. Mainly the African American race. The best thing to do is to ignore their tactics and "unite." There's certainly strength in numbers. For too long, the separation between African Americans occurred, African Americans must be willing to be apart of togetherness. We're needed as well. Although they'll never admit it. So many went through slavery and here we are not going through the modern day slavery. "We've allowed the mistreatment and injustices to continue on." There has to come a time when the fatigue sets in. Should be tired of being treated unfairly. They'll try to generate arguments and disturbances in order to delay the works they're suppose to do.
