Welcome to this weekend’s Suddendeath poetry challenge, Cupid! Anyways, rules are as follows, write a poem in any style using the five words that I give you. Write it in one sitting or in under an hour (only to quash your inner editor, rules are loose there). Add it here, OR link in a comment so we can enjoy each other’s' poems. The words can be in any plurality or tense. Today’s words are: arrow, bow, shoot, sight, wing
My entry is always, below:
Little Cupid runs around arrow on the string,
With his silly little short and stubby pair of wings
Will he shoot a suitable pair or will he miss and hit
a pair that doesn't suit each other one little bit?
How does he guess where to sight his magical bow?
Is it a guess of who will suit or does he really know?
