Before Freedom Kerala is ruled by Thiru ,Kochi, Malabar(Kozhikode) Kings. They trained their soldiers with special martial art of kalaripayattu. It needs lot of patience and long time to study the all techniques and it is the root of all kind of modern martial arts. Kalari is honored trained every where in old Kerala. I am also. Kalaripayattu needs long time to set the mind and the body. The Massaging with Kalaris special oil is other part of its treatment.
