SNL (Saturday Night Live)

In all my years on this earth (too many to count) I never watched that show. It wasn't my thing and it was on way beyond my bed time. Now the plot has thickened! Since we can record things quite easily with Direct TV there is no excuse not to record it. I am only recording it for one reason.....the skits with Melissa McCarthy playing Press Secretary Sean Spicer. I think laughter is a good thing and if I am going to survive the next four year I need to laugh at things like this. McCarthy is doing one heck of a bang-up job - the chewing gum is an added touch. Spicer is known to chew and swallow 2 1/2 packs of gum a day. I wonder if all that gum in his tummy is why he is so out of touch. Photo: pixabay.com/en/chewing-gum-ouch-sugar-boy-1359235/
'They've crossed over to mean': Sean Spicer slaps SNL after gum-chewing Melissa McCarthy skewers him but then says it was 'cute' and 'funny' Sean Spicer said...

When SNL first came on back in the day, with Belushi, and Murray and the gang it was awesome, since then not so much. I have been hearing about the Melissa McCarthy skits will give them a watch.

I couldn't find one from last night's show - the chewing gum pack was the best.
