Did God create the waters

Because when I search in the bible I don't see a verse showing creation of water Please help

It says 'In the beginning, when God created the universe, the earth was formless and desolate.' so therefore He would have created the water at that point if you believe in that stuff

But remember in the beginning there is where it says the spirit of God was moving over the water

@DeoLee Yes, the water covering the formless Earth He created in the very first two sentences which is when He created that water

Yes, the Bible does say God created the Heavens and the Earth and all things in them, that includes water.

In Genesis chapter 1 verse 1 when he created the earth, it means planet earth, made up of air, water, rocks, etc.
