THE BIG STORM ALL FOR MYSELF.

Hello again! Today we have a storm that count for all the snow that we didn't have this winter. It is a good storm, nobody is going anywhere, roads are closed. That means my husband is in town with our boys in there apartment for the night. As it is they are not very fast to plow the roads in the country, here. So my husband is not taking any chances, with that little car that we renting, low to the ground, yep, it is sure not driving like a van. So tomorrow, we should be more buried than today. We sure have to walk into 2 feet of snow, for a good 15 minutes, until we get to the car..... A bit of cardio...But it is not too cold at least. I don't mind to be out there, if I don't have to drive in it. Photo from pixabay

A snow storm is just as bad as a flooded roadway.

Yes indeed. They had closed the roads yesterday. Only emergency vehicles was allowed on the road. So yes it can slow you down quite a bit.

@beenice2 I know what you mean. It is no fun being stuck in your home for days due to a disaster.

I am not sure what part of the maritime you are in but I am assuming it is the maritime because we are getting hit with the same nasty storm. It is the storm that just doesn't want to end. It has been going all day and still going strong.

Well, we had enough of a wind and snow, but today Tuesday it quit down a bit. The snow will dwindle to nothing. Thursday, we are going to be clobbered by another one. When we have big storm like that, my husband looses lots of time off work.

We had a dusting of snow yesterday. It's was go e once it changed to rain. This morning we had some more snow, which has also melted already. Some areas have had lots of snow...we have barely had enough to cover the grass.
