how do you make your kare-kare sauce? i'm not fond of cooking so i just buy the instant mixes.

I think there's an Asian country that uses peanut sauce as dipping for their fried fish...

@averygirl72 No... we don't cook it at home because my father can't eat that... We sometimes order it at the restaurant.

I miss kare Kare. I rarely eat it now a days because of the uric acid problem which I am forbid to eat.

I can't think of an American dish with peanut butter sauce. But I do know Asians and Africans have this ingredient in their dishes and since America is such a diverse country, world cuisines are accessible and tasting the various recipes can be a pleasure.

Yeah I think not all country use peanut butter sauce and I'm happy my country has this dish
