What a foolish case.He did not do anything.Just boarded the train the damage happened because of his fans,it doesn not mean shahrukh khan is the payer of that.
That to when he came for promotion why should he run out of train.
Instead guys should have run the train ultimately there would not be any problem.
One thing he does for his fans and he is taken to court and what about all the incident that happens on a daily basis.
No one is concerned about that because that won't be a news.
When peolle can be declared as non criminal even after killing for rash driving or for killing Blackbuck, what is this petty issue for them?
In fact whoever filed a case against him will not only withdraw the case but will pay penalty n apologise in near future.

It was not shahrukh khan's mistake.I think there was not arrangements.That's why fans got out of control they broke government property.

I feel when you are a celebrity, you have more responsibilities than a common man! With shahrukh, he knows how crazy people get seeing him, he should have avoided this. His fan are his responsibility too.
Though i don't support a court case for this, but he must take in account of how people would behave before ding anything like that in future.
