Hey guys.. After a long time I am writing something. Lately I've been experiencing a lot of mood swings At one minute I am happy and in the next minute I get sad or get angry at people for no reason. I think it's all because of the food I am eating which are mostly junk. I don't know what to do.

What you eat can have an impact on your mood. If you can afford to eat healthier you might feel better and your move might improve. I have lots of ups and downs even with the mood stabilizer I take.

@Slayqueen A medication that helps even out my moods so I do not have such extreme highs and lows. It slows my head down so it isn't racing as well. I have bi-polar.

Have you been to a Doctor to see if it is something that is causing these? I know for me with being Diabetic this can cause so many of these symptoms. Other times it could be something else worth addressing with someone else as well.

Doctors here are no good. They'll give me tons of pills and I don't want to be reliable on them for the rest of my life..

Have you been to a doctor? That might be a good idea. Also, improving our diet will certainly help. All the best!

I wish I could but it is not so easy to give up junk food.
