Silent but Speaking loudly and What Does it Really Mean

A voice which seems so far away but is the voice as distance as the voice seems? There's a possibility the "speaker" isn't so distance but appears to be quite distant. Illusion. Hiding but not really hidden. Sometimes the eyes can only see what's necessary at the time. There is a time for silence and a time to speak. Expecting sound when there is none. The sounds of a voice seem to be unexpected.
So in time perhaps the sound will appear more often but "not until" the right time. What may be expected may not actually occur and what's expected may occur. Just trying to keep what needs to be kept out of sight can be a bit tricky. Soon enough every voice that needs to be heard will be heard. At any stage of the process there can be a breakthrough.
"Timing certainly does mean a lot." when the timing is off there can be lots of troubles to follow. What may appear to be one way may actually be another. so for now there is silence a voice going unheard. A voice which was always presented loudly. The changes which can occur at anytime. Sometimes saying very little can constitute as saying a whole lot.
