Whatever happened to Triond?

I wrote for Triond websites for many years and earned decent passive income. I'm sad that the site just disappeared without any formal goodbyes. Does anyone know what happened to the publishing group? Have you written for any of Triond's websites?

I had quite a good number of articles posted on Triond. It's sad that ithey just shut down without notice. I haven't heard anything about the owners now.

Yes, that's what makes me sad. They could've at least sent prior notice that the site is shutting down.

I remember them as well as other writing sites that used to be out there. It's a shame they all had to disappear
