Late flights... Who never had one in life, right?

February 18, 2017 12:38pm CST
I was just reading an article that put into question a serious problem found at airports (in general, worldwide): the delays of flights. I began to think to myself: "If nobody hasn't yet had a late flight in life, one day they'll have. It's like the law of life". Have you ever had a delayed flight?

Yes I had a delayed flight two years ago. The chairman of the airline came to the business class lounge in person at midnight to apologise in person. He told me the flight would be here soon. I told him no it wouldnt as it had only just reached Canada so it would be at least another two hours before it landed in New York. He told me it was charming the passengers knew more than the chairman. ON our return he wrote to me again apologising and gave us return tickets London to New York in Business class again! He was very generous and kind. In addition we got £600 back in compensation for the delay so we really were very lucky!
