Working relationship towards coworker.

Have you also noticed that some of your coworker are not your friends?I have this situation that my office mate has this issue that a concern needs my attention but she bypass me. She waited others to fix it but then when the situation gets absorb that when our boss asked my insight. What should I say? I didn't have an idea that there is this concern behind my back. She intentionally did not inform me.I don't think we have some issues before. What you think makes them that way? How did you managed to communicate to them about their feelings towards you? Are they responsive to things that you want to know? image from google.

Just tell your boss that you have no idea what's going on. As long as you know that you're doing your job, you're good. Now if you feel that you're stepping on someone's toes, back off a bit and find time to settle it. Say sorry or make ammends the way you think is effective and nice. But if they're still treating you the same, don't push. Move on and continue minding your own business. Welcome to mylot. Are you from Cebu?

I didn't mingle that much when i was still working with a team, only because i didn't have time. Once i'm out of the office, coworkers are no longer part of my life too. When i'm at work, i work. If someone has issues with me, it's up to them to bring it up to me -- not the other way around.

@MGjhaud Your that kind of person? Are you an anti social person, aren't you? Sometimes I am that kind of person. If I feel i don't want to go out then i decline to go with them. But If I am comfortable going out then I go out sometimes.

I really don't have an idea what makes them think I am not belong. I am the one in charge for all software related concern in our office but she didn't inform me, you know what it means? I really want to know what is the problem between us. How about you? If you have these kind of coworkers?

All people can not be your friend.. I try to maintain a professional relationship with my colleagues... off course few of them become good friends...
