Looking for a uniqe hot dog sauce recipe / myLot

As you know I be opening my food cart soon Most hot dog sauces have onions garlic and more. I need to find some thing unique that taste good and board of health would approve. I want it diffetnt for my all beef hot dogs. Ok that for now.

Here on my lot beside enjoying writing there a lot of people who cook from other countries so I hoping maybe one of the cook will have a unique hot dog sauce I can use for my food cart
