Recovery Time

As many of you may have read, my boyfriend recently broke his leg slipping and falling on ice.
He had surgery to repair the break and has had a big metal plate and 8 screws put inside his leg/ankle/foot.
He came home the day after surgery and is getting around using a wheelchair and crutches. He cannot put any pressure on the bad leg at all so he has to be very careful.
I have been doing a lot more cooking than usual as he usually makes a lot of our food - he is a great cook. He wishes he could do more for himself but I told him to just relax and let me handle everything.
I do have to work most days but luckily my mom and his sisters can help out when needed.
Hope you all are well and take care!

I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriends leg! I hope he has a speedy recovery. Did the Doctors say how long his recovery would be then therapy perhaps?
Good to hear your mom and his sisters could help out as well!
