Does Sauna protect from getting dementia or Alzheimers?

According to an article I read, Sauna might be the secret that help Finnish people to keep healthier. Could it help to clean the body? Do you use Sauna?

I love to go in the sauna once in a while. I don't have time to go often. Yesterday I was looking at some handsome indoor saunas and wondering where in my home I might be able to put one.

The best saunas are the ones heated with old fashioned wood fire. I have been going to sauna since I was 1 year old..

I have heard it has nice health benefits but I can't stand sitting in them it makes me feel so gross.
