When you searching for words. I saw a bunch of pheasant by the road again. It took them a little longer to get out of my way. I didn't want to drive over them. I am being very careful around them, I'm not always sure if they are going to clear out the road by flying right in front of me or , just run quick the other side of the road.
When they decide to fly, I just hope they don't hit the front of the car, like the last time, it did some damage in the front grill. The pheasant we have around here looks just like on the photo above.

There are Deer that jump across the Road here as well sometimes. But now they have put special guards around to keep them from hurting themselves and us who cannot see them dart out and across the Roads anyway.

They really should have big barriers to stop not only the deer but horses that sometimes panic and run into the Road as well.
I have cried more than once at seeing an injured Horse.

So the pheasant did hit your front grill. Good thing it didn't die or got injured seriously. I suppose it won't damage the grill since it's made of metal while the pheasant's body is of flesh.

Pheasants are so stubborn but they are really pretty. We have to do the same, but for pigeons haha and the occasional road runners.
