Governmnet Jobs or MNC?

Hello Friends, I want to know - which is better for bright career : A Government Job or A Job in MNC in India. In India there are too many multinational companies, people are working there & making their career. Where as, people are also running to get a Government Job? Which provides a better future?

MNC provide higher package sometimes..and if u r getting same package in a government company then that is better..
