Governmnet Jobs or MNC?

Hello Friends, I want to know - which is better for bright career : A Government Job or A Job in MNC in India.
In India there are too many multinational companies, people are working there & making their career.
Where as, people are also running to get a Government Job?
Which provides a better future?

I'd say MNCs. Since I started working, I've always been with MNCs. They pay higher compensation, better benefits and more opportunities for growth.

Yes, I also agree with you..
MNCs provides higher packages & batter career opportunities.
In Inda MNCs are a good position.
I have watched a Video, by watching that I can say In India MNCs provide good Growth & our career is in safe hands.
