STRANGE BEHAVIOR volume one

Strange human behavior that I personally have witnessed volume 1 A man, about age 20, white guy, walking along the sidewalk, going west, in the approximate year of 1985, as seen from my living room door, looking out from inside the house I saw this man walking down the sidewalk to the west, with his right hand outstretched forward, holding a mason jar of some type of substance. He was very peculiar looking and strange acting. To this day I have had to conclude that either he had some type of mental illness or he was taking a dangerous substance that was possibly contained inside that mason jar, taking it someplace to dispose of it. As to what exactly it was is subject to speculation. I speculated that gasoline may have been inside that jar and he was holding it away from his face to avoid breathing it's fumes. Other than that, it may be he was a germaphobe who was transporting a chemical to another location for someone else, who knows, either a volatile substance, a harsh chemical or explosive substance or merely a jar of badly brewed sun tea. I qualify that man's behavior as Strange on a scale from 1 to 10 - being an 8!
