Today,,,,, I'm teaching my mom that how to operate a automatic sewing machine, because she don't know it and generally she complaint me that I generally busy with my college work and she is unable to stich her cloth...... So , at the time when I teaching her I thought that, there is a large gap between generations and we are the one who can fill it

That has always been the case, but now technology is developing faster than ever before. What frightens beginners is that electric sewing machines move so fast. But with some practice, your mother will learn to use it.

I believe showing little care and affection is important . A good teacher never leaves the pupil alone

What you are telling is true the generation gap between parents and children is widening, parents are finding it difficult to adopt to new or existing technology as they were doing manual technology or mechanical technology when you were young. But more important than that parents are the ones who have taken care of us since childhood, it is but our responsibility to help them when they needs as this is our duty as a child and moreover it gives a sense of satisfaction. So keep up the good work you are doing and see how best you can help your mother in her sewing machine work. Best wishes.
