Milkshake break

We took all the kids over to Michaels for their Kids Club activity today (they made birds out of art foam), and then got small milkshakes as a treat on the way home. My youngest daughter got the chocolate shamrock shake, which is half green mint topped with chocolate shake. Hers was the only one with sprinkles, so she felt pretty special.

I wish I lived closer to some fast food joints, those sound so good right now. I am glad you got to go out with your kids for a treat.

McDonald's. I just got them the small $2 shakes, although I also scanned my McDonald's app on my phone at the register, so hopefully they'll all count towards the "buy 5 McCafe beverages, get one free" and I'll get a free iced coffee out of it later.

@spiderdust - It does. I guess because they are popular, they figure they might as well take advantage and make all they can.

@teamfreak16 They have a lot of different versions of it this year too -- in addition to the regular Shamrock shake and the chocolate Shamrock shake, they've also got a Shamrock chocolate chip frappe, a Shamrock mocha, and a Shamrock hot chocolate.
@Corbin5, it looks like most of those come with sprinkles too.
