WHAT IS THE ROLE OF AN ADMINISTRATION MANAGER .? IS IT ONLY STAFF AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATION , ANNUAL SKILLS ASSESSMENT/ EVALUATION , CONDUCTING training PROGRAMMES / WORKSHOPS / SEMINARS TO THE STAFF , HOLDING DISCIPLINARY INQUIRIES ETC..?

The Administrative Manager is responsible for the general administration of Academic Services, including the management of budgets and IT/computing, and the recruitment and induction of staff. The Administrative Manager is also responsible for information management within Academic Services and has a key role in co-ordinating and developing effective information flow from Academic Services to the UCL community; assists the Director of Academic Services with the servicing of Council and Academic Board; and participates in the quality assurance work of Academic Services by servicing IQR teams and other committees.
