yes, i do use emule, but not for downloading music...but i usually download books on reading!! ya i know its illegal to download such stuff....but u can't avoid it as i normally won't these books in market and to do online shopping for these is quite expensive.

yes i use eMule, however I don't usually download music, and if I do I never sell it, I think the main thing you have to do is make sure you don't distribute what you download it it isn't quite as big of a problem.
